Product Introduction
The XF-20 Powder Vibratory Density Tester conforms to ISO and GB standards, meeting United States Pharmacopoeia requirements. Featuring simplified operation, adjustable vibration frequency, and three volume scale measuring cylinders, this instrument offers low power consumption with stable, reliable long-term performance.
Vibrational density (or bulk density) is defined as the mass of a sample divided by its volume, including both the sample material and its pore space. This measurement is essential for characterizing catalysts, foaming materials, insulating materials, ceramics, powder metallurgy, and various industrial products.

Operation Instructions
The instrument offers two vibration modes: Continuous (vibrates until power off) or Counter (vibrates until preset count is reached).
Continuous Mode
- Turn speed adjustment knob to "O" position, connect control box, then plug in power supply
- Adjust height measuring scale to predetermined filling height and lock adjustment button
- Place filler in measuring cylinder and secure with fixing ring
- Select "Continue" vibration mode
- Power on, adjust speed control knob, then press start button
- Machine will vibrate continuously until power is turned off
Counter Mode
- Turn speed adjustment knob to "O" position, connect timing control box, then plug in power supply
- Adjust height measuring scale to predetermined filling height and lock adjustment button
- Place filler in measuring cylinder and secure with fixing ring
- Select "Counter" vibration mode
- Set vibration count (0-999), power on, adjust speed, then press start
- Machine will automatically stop when preset count is reached
