Technical Features
1. The furnace body is made of aerospace insulation material, which has a short preheating time and a fast heating speed. Within 20 minutes, it can reach the standard working temperature of 538℃. Compared with similar products, this significantly saves the testing time.
2. The heat insulation performance is excellent. When the internal temperature of the furnace body reaches the standard working temperature, the external temperature of the furnace body is lower than 45℃. The operational safety is high, and it effectively avoids the impact of high temperature on the measurement accuracy of the electronic scale.
3. It has a secondary combustion function in the rear combustion chamber, as well as a high-temperature filtration and exhaust system, ensuring that the exhaust gas emission volume of the test meets environmental protection requirements.
4. The instrument operates automatically and is easy to operate. Just input the sample weight and calibration coefficient, load the sample, press the work key, and the data will be automatically printed after the test is completed.
5. The software is powerful and can simultaneously display the asphalt content, asphalt-sand ratio, sample loss weight, and test time.
