The shock absorber dynamometer fatigue test equipment is suitable for conducting performance tests and durability fatigue tests on inflatable shock absorbers, hydraulic shock absorbers, single-tube shock absorbers, double-tube shock absorbers, shock absorber dampers, and front and rear shock absorber dampers.
Main functional features of the shock absorber dynamometer fatigue testing machine:
1. Before the test, the damping device of the front shock absorber should be stretched to the limit position and then sealed.
2. Install the specimen vertically on the test platform, and take the point approximately at one-half of the working stroke as the midpoint of the test stroke.
3. The stop point of the front shock absorber damping device's test stroke must not enter the buffer section.
4. For the starfire testing machine operation test bench, set the specified travel, speed and vibration, perform reciprocating motion for 5 to 8 times for sampling, draw a cycle's performance diagram, and determine the recovery and compression resistance values.
5. Adjust the end point of the test stroke to be approximately 2.5mm away from the end point of the working stroke. Operate the test bench at the specified stroke and speed with vibration, perform reciprocating motion for 5 to 8 times for sampling, draw the compression and buffering resistance graph, and determine the compression and buffering resistance value.
